About Me..
I am an experienced Bristol based Massage Therapist working within Westbury Park.
Through bodywork I work with a range of individuals by supporting them as they overcome physical and mental obstacles, achieve their goals and obtain a balance of health, wellbeing and fitness. My aim is to help bring equilibrium to the mind, body and soul and help people to live freely in their bodies. Massage has always been an interest for me and I came to a time in my life where I had the opportunity to explore this. My professional massage training and experience, coupled with the skills and experience I have also built through a successful career path, now form the basis of my Bristol based pratice. I trained with the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB). and achieved a Practitioner Diploma in Holistic Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology awarded by the Massage Training Institute (MTI). I am a full Member and registered practitioner of the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and registered member of the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council (CNHC). I attend further training, tutored supervision and workshops to ensure the maintenance and development of my expertise.
