So, what is massage?  Put simply massage is the kneading of the body’s soft tissues – the skin, connective tissue and muscles – with a variety of techniques and pressure.  

My Massage
is a person centred approach that brings together a range of techniques to provide an individual treatment.  The aim is to agree a goal orientated massage based around your physical symptoms, history, habits, and wellbeing. 
It is not about a set routine, delivered to every person in the same way.  It is about agreeing a focus and then working together to achieve a tailored massage that is about you and your needs.

Massage can have the power to relax, rejuvenate and encourage a process of recovery to help the body come back to a healthy neutral.  Regular massage not only feels great but can help to boost your body's natural healing process and prevent the build up of a variety of chronic issues.
