This week I have been thinking alot about the importance of consistency.  Thinking about its value and its power in so many aspects of our lives and how we are to eachother and to ourselves.
The biggest example for me has been through my pilates classes with Joyce Tyson (www.walktallpilates.co.uk).  I have a weekly class and it has had a really positive impact on the health and strength of my body.  Not being able to attend for a couple of weeks over Xmas meant that I really started to feel the difference without it.  Now back into classes it highlights my need to consitently attend the classes to maitain the positive impact and also to be able to progress to get stronger and healthier.
