A friend of mine has introduced me to Ted Talks.  Its a website (non profit) that is a place for ideas and inspiration.  My friend likes to have a look at it at least once a day and I can see why.  Its really interesting to be able to read/watch other peoples ideas and thoughts.  You may not agree with all of it (and that's no bad thing) but some of it will make sense, resonate with you or spark something in you.  Have a look www.ted.com and I will share any that stand out to me.
