Thinking about its value and its power in so many aspects of our lives and how we are to eachother and to ourselves.<BR><SPAN></SPAN>The biggest example for me has been through my pilates classes with Joyce Tyson (<A href="http://www.walktallpilates.co.uk">www.walktallpilates.co.uk</A>).&nbsp; I have a weekly class and it has had a really positive impact on the health and strength of my body.&nbsp; Not being able to attend for a couple of weeks over Xmas meant that I really started to feel the difference without it.&nbsp; Sarno</A><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>Having read the on-line introduction I was interested to read John E. Sarno's section on 'Holistic';<br /><span></span><br /><span></span>"...the predominant idea is that&nbsp;one must treat the 'whole person', a wise concept that is generally neglected by contemporary medicine....Perhaps holistic should be defined as that which include consideration of both the emotional and structural aspects of health and illness.&nbsp; In accepting this definition one does not reject scientific method...."<br /><span></span><br /><span></span>This is a good definition of a holistic approach and philosophy.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><span></span><br /><span></span>I&nbsp;am curious to read more from John E.
