NEW LOCATIONS....
July 2010
Appointments are available with me at the new Harbourside Practice based in St Mary Redcliffe, Bristol. The Harbourside is a complementary health care clinic that is located in Redcliffe Parade East, close to Welsh Back, Castle Park and Queen's Square.
Despite its city centre location, accessibility and parking is simple. There is always somewhere to park within 30 yards and it is only an 8 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station.
September 2010
Appointments will be available with me at the Parker Clinic, Gloucester Road, Bristol from September 2010.
For more information about both clinics and how to make an appointment please go to my 'how to book page'.

Welcome.
For thousands of years many forms of massage have been used to heal and soothe and there are a number of different variations that are practised today. Massage can have a range of benefits, as well as just being nice to receive, and aims to bring equilibrium to your mind, body and soul.
I believe regular bodywork is integral to our healthcare regime just like our diet or exercise. In this modern world we can neglect ourselves and our bodies which can cause stress to all aspects of our wellbeing. As human beings we need regular care and attention to be able to live a full bodied existence.
